Write to the route desk

Nothing on this page talks to a server. The button turns your words into an email draft inside your own mail app, and the message travels only if you press send yourself.

Reservations go to the hotel

NexaPoints never holds a booking, so we cannot move dates, cancel or refund. The hotel itself, or whichever platform took your payment, handles that; their official site lists the right desk.
