What you may do with this guide, what it does not promise and which law applies.
Fair use of the guide
Read it, bookmark it and send a link to whoever is sharing the drive. Please do not lift whole entries for another site, scrape the pages by machine or try to break into or overload the site.
Readers' age
NexaPoints is aimed at adults: anyone 18 or older, rising to 21 in places whose local law sets that higher age for the resorts we cover.
Descriptions, not promises
Each stop records rooms and leisure facilities as the desk found them at the last check. None of it is a quote or an offer. Rates, availability, age rules and house policies are the hotel's to confirm.
Publisher's resort and sister hotel
Bally's Park Place, LLC owns NexaPoints and runs Bally's Atlantic City, which leads the route because of that ownership. Bally's Tiverton shares the same parent group and is marked as a sister property. Editors placed the other eight. Buttons may earn us referral income, as the earnings page explains.
Hotels, platforms and other sites
Websites, hotels and booking services we send you to are outside our control and our responsibility. That covers rate changes, resort and amenity fees, deposits, cancellation terms and any conditions they impose. When you book, your agreement is with the hotel or the platform, never with NexaPoints.
Who owns what
The writing, the page design, the route drawing and the monogram plates are the publisher's property. Each hotel's name is a mark belonging to its owner; NexaPoints uses it only to point at the right building. Our plates are original drawings, never copies of a hotel logo.
The limits of our subject
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
NexaPoints sticks to rooms, food, spas, shows and the journey; it does not describe or rank anything on a casino floor.
Liability
Within the limits the law sets, NexaPoints carries no responsibility for losses arising because someone trusted these pages or from the site being down. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain untouched.
New Jersey law
New Jersey law governs these terms, together with any federal law of the United States that applies. Disputes belong in the New Jersey courts, unless consumer law where you live entitles you to sue closer to home.
